This week, our CRAFT is with Mike M, a 25-year military veteran and U. S. Navy SEAL who was deployed ten times in Iraq and Afghanistan over two decades (possibly more than any other veteran). Mike has spent a lifetime learning how to build teams that can survive the harshest of circumstances.

After retiring from the world of warfare and tradecraft, Mike has been teaching clients how the Navy builds exceptionally reliable teams and ways to replicate this kind of bond in the corporate world.

In this fascinating interview with Michelle Sin (our intrepid 10th grade intern from UWC), Mike shares his skills and even some details about missions that occurred while he was deployed.
